Room and property were clean, but parts appeared dated. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, nothing spectacular. Some of the amenties mentioned - newspapers in the lobby, evening cocktail welcome - are apparently available only one day a week. For the cost, you can't beat it, though: very convenient location, and having the Publix right across the parking deck is a real perk. We'll probably stay again.
