I would have given a 5 star all the way except for the fact that I ordered a corner room only to get there and find out that they were all gone. Don't know how they could have been unavailable if I'd reserved one. I checked in not long after check in time so when I questioned staff they were vague and really didnt seem to care at all or offer any explaination other than " they arent available"

We stayed here for 2 days when my son had a cross country meet. We get to the room and it has pee all over the floor by the toliet. Later that night the bed on one side is caved in that was sunken in. And the other side was was high up. When we had breakfast they basically were rushing us out saying you have 10 mim get everything now. To top it off We had no hot water and when I called to see what was going on the lady was obviously overwhelmed and basically was like nothing I could do and hung up on me. They did give us a later check out but we needed showers in the morning before we left for his race. They have a sign that says not 100% sastfied let them know and whwn I did the front lady was like ooo and that was it. The stay was just all around bad

It was a great place to stay. Excellent staff, very clean, breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and halls were quiet. I had traveled to see my best friend. A woman traveling alone, I especially noticed the safety factor of your parking lot and set up of the hotel.
