My stay was convenient for my company's Christmas Gala but WOW! I was blown away by the room! Clean, loved the lay out, all staff was courteous and pleasant, amazing view of the Tinsel Trail/Big Spring Park plus we received two free drinks at cocktail hour prior to the Gala. Beautiful hotel and absolutely will stay again if ever needed

Property was well-kept, room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the pillows were awesome! Great that they have an evening gathering with snacks & drinks. Breakfast was terrific! My only complaint is that the entrance gate to the parking deck was malfunctioning.

The room was spotless, the view was impeccable, the staff was mostly pleasant. There was something strange going on with the air conditioner...I couldnt set it below 68 so I ended up sleeping a good bit warmer than was comfortable. The parking situation is oddly annoying. Just roll the charge of parking into the cost of the room-to charge for parking is just insulting...especially since parking wasnt actully monitored and people were just parking there. It kind of stinks to pay for something that was free for everyone else. My bathroom was missing a light cover and I did have a front desk person who seemed exasperated to answer my questions, but overall it was a great experience.

Everything about the hotel was fine. Staff were super nice and helpful. I stayed in a suite comprised of a sleeping area and a sitting area separated by a bathroom and hallway/ sink area. The bed was clean and very comfortable. All other aspects of the sleeping area were fine. The couch was clean but horribly uncomfortable. This made the sitting area useless for a solo traveler. There was a table in the sitting area that would have been nice if needed for business. It did well for eating. If the couch had been serviceable, the sitting area would have been a great place to relax. The bathroom was clean and serviceable. There was nothing remarkable about it. Everything worked fine. The hotel restaurant was ok. The food was ok. Staff were very pleasant. Prices were high. Now for the breakfast. This really missed the mark. It was obvious that great effort was made to be fancy. The plates, glasses and silverware were nice. Eggs could be made to order for those that didn’t mind waiting in line. And there was a self serve breakfast bar, which had scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal/grits, fresh fruit, and the like. There was almost no grab-and-go type prepackaged food. The food that was available was ok at best. Overall, the suite was fine. A reasonable couch would be a great upgrade. In hotel dining is fine for socializing, otherwise expect to dine elsewhere. Staff were more polite and friendly than any other place I’ve stayed.

Breakfast men is unmatched!!! There was a wide variety of breakfast food and it was all delicious. Everything was modern and chic and very clean. Customer service at the front desk was efficient and check in was super professional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, however the temp in the room was a little chilly and it barely warmed up after changing on the thermostat.

This was the 3rd year I’ve stayed here for thanksgiving, however this year was below what I expected. The middle elevator was extremely loud I could hear it from the room with the extra door closed . Someone next to me had a dog; literally barked and moaned all night, ice machine didn’t work and lastly I called for towels 4 times kept calling the desk and it said no one was available kept calling until someone finally answered and she brought them
