Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. Cons of my stay there are no microwaves in the rooms, the only microwave available is in the lobby and it was pretty dirty. Also breakfast is not complimentary, there is a bistro in the hotel but you have to purchase all meals including coffee, so that was disappointing.

The check-in was unsatisfactory. The assigned room had not been cleaned and prepared when I arrived. However, the front desk clerk was very efficient in correcting the situation, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory.
