This newly renovated unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, high speed WiFi, Netflix, AC, a designated parking space, and plenty of space for your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee maker & a Keurig, cooking utensils, and more. But don’t let that sway you from eating out at some of the best restaurants on the West Coast…don’t worry, I will provide you a list of my recommendations at check-in. This unit has a large open floor plan with TVs throughout and large bedrooms with storage and closet space. Child friendly and pet friendly!

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Need fresh air? This unit is located on private property with a common space which includes outdoor seating and some fun activities! Want to take a cruise on the beach path? There are bike rental shops within walking distance to the unit. Want to layout and enjoy the California sunshine? We provide you with beach towels and some beach items to make your stay truly care free.

Don’t pass up on this opportunity to stay with your friends or family in one of the closest units to the beach, with the hottest entertainment spots, all within blocks from each other in in Huntington Beach! Don’t get me started on all the parades, surfing events, holidays, and more that will be taking place right outside your door!

All entertainment is within walking distance of the unit. If public transportation is needed, there is a bus stop within walking distance.

-Community grill and red brick fire pit - supplies provided. All outdoor activity at this ends at 10pm for respect to the neighbors

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
