Parking lot was not monitored and a cone was placed on the handicap spot by a patron, there was only 2 spots for such a large lot which is ridiculous. After we removed the cone which by the way is illegal, our 2 front tires were punctured by the individual(s) that owned the damn cone. After the expense and a police report of 2 tires we had to ask hotel management for a copy of the surveillance camera tape...

Our room was very clean and housekeeping is appreciated. HOWEVER, the room was very small; it seemed like an architect was given a challenge to utilize a storage space as a room. We were there when it was very cold and the lobby lacked sufficient heating. The clerk said it was because the double doors kept opening and closing. [She was wearing a "puffer" ski coat to stay warm.] Breakfast was bland. We ate at First Watch in the next door shopping center.

There was a urine smell in the carpeting on The second floor where we were staying. All night long marijuana smell from back parking lot filtered into the room from outside vent. Bed was nice and room was clean. Breakfast was good but potatoes were cold and they ran out of ketchup.
