About half mile from the beach, simple basic hotel. Clean rooms and beds, if close by road then road noise is a nuissance at night. Decent breakfast buffet, good service. Not much other than beach area around.

Hotel bem localizado, a região é boa, com ótimas opções de restaurantes na praia (inclusive tem restaurante do hotel na praia), é no primeiro quarteirão da praia, bem perto, porém a rua é escura à noite. A praia é boa, o café da manhã é muito bom, o estacionamento também é muito bom. A equipe/atendimento da recepção é bem dispersa, sem interesse no hóspede, diferente da equipe da cozinha que foi bem atenciosa. O quarto é amplo, o chuveiro é bom, a cama nem tanto, e o quarto não é bem cuidado... tem uma aparência ruim - mas fiquei no quarto mais barato, no primeiro andar. Talvez o custo-benefício valha a pena mas não voltarei - embora tenha sido satisfatório. Pelo preço, vale muito mais os hotéis vizinhos (mas não tinham mais vagas), talvez por isso, por serem melhores, estavam lotados.

Decepção

A começar da chegada fui mal recebido porque não tinha incluído 2 crianças de 3 anos , já fiquei uma vez no hotel era ótimo , mas agora deixa muito a desejar pela estrutura do hotel . Camas estão muito velhas , ar condicionado estava sujo . Se não fosse o gerente César teria trocado de hotel ele amenizou alguns problemas . Eu vou todo ano a Sao Luís mas neste hotel não volto mais .

Bom Dia!! Tive uma ótima estadia no Hotel Adventure, porém logo na chegada, mais precisamente na Recepção do hotel, não tive uma boa impressão, devido a discussão entre um funcionário e um cliente, que por pouco não chegaram as vias de fato... Em uma pequena observação, devo dizer que um funcionário deve sempre tratar o cliente bem e ser paciente em qualquer situação. Tirando esse pequeno detalhe, posso dizer que fui bem recebida, gostei da localização e demais condições de atendimento, para comigo.

Bom hotel.

Bom hotel. Só vi um problema: o registro do consumo de itens no quarto e no restaurante. Isso acontece principalmente no restaurante, pois não pedem a identificação do cliente, somente o número do quarto (que o cliente pode indicar qualquer um, até mesmo de forma inocente, por engano). Isso torna possível confusão de quartos ao registrar itens ou engano por parte dos funcionários. Aconteceu comigo duas vezes, mas a recepção foi justa, reconheceu o problema e estornou os itens indevidos. Faço uma crítica somente ao responsável pelo restaurante que manteve a ficha errada na minha conta mesmo sendo alertado sobre isso no momento do registro do erro. Fica a dica para os próximos hóspedes.

Não cheguei a me hospedar no hotel, fiz a reserva e fui ao hotel-a sim que cheguei fui mal recepcionada e não foi achada a minha reserva. tive que procurar um outro hotel passando por todo este transtorno.
