Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, beach access, very nice staff, close to Market Village. Only downside was the instant coffee at breakfast, I had to find other breakfast places. Great value, would come back.

Wonderful friendly staff, a very convenient position for the beach, a nice clean swimming pool and a decent breakfast for 100bht. The rooms are in need of decorating but everything works ok. A good place to stay for the price.
