The lady in charge is not friendly. It is as if she hates her job and eveybody that adds to her work load. The rooms are small. The bed is hard. The room safe did not work. There was no table by the bed. The lights and noise are considerable due to room proximity to the main office area. The price rate was the same as other hotels in the area that are much nicer and a lot more friendly. This guesthouse needs new management.

Totally overpriced and really unfriendly

How can this place be rated outstanding 9+ This place is at best a 5 or 6. I have stayed in 15 places in the last month for approximately the same price and this is the worst. Totally overpriced. A small cramped family run guesthouse, run by the unfriendliest people I have met for a long time, zero welcome, zero hospitality. Tiny old basic timber walled rooms that you can hear every noise through. They play thai soap operas all day on the tv downstairs which you will hear upstairs in your room. They get up in the morning at 5am and bang and crash pots and pans in the kitchen downstairs. Couldn't wait to leave the place, I will never go back. Stay away

Wir konnten nicht mit Visacard bezahlen, sondern man wollte nur Bargeld. Man konnte keine Wünsche oder dergl. äussern, da die Dame dort nur thailändisch gesprochen hat. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Stadt war okay. Ein zweites Mal kommt für uns nicht mehr infrage!

Store og rene rom. Enkelt og rimelig overnattingssted, svært nær stranden og nattmarkedet i Hua Hin. Betjeningen er svært behjelpelig, selv om hun kunne lite engelsk, brukte vi Google translate.

Veldig bra guesthouse/hotell for pengene, alt var helt perfekt. God wifi, god kundeservice, glimrende beliggenhet (bokstavelig talt 30 sekunders gange til Soi Bintabath), mange kanaler inkl Skysport 1-4 som passer bra om du liker fotball.
