The rooms are cold. Not as cold as the receptionist though. Turned up and they vouldnt find the booking...which was our fault? They then found it. Gave us the keys after making us wait for 25 minutes without an offer of a drink. No one shows you to the room or offers to help with bags up the stairs. The receptionist doesnt look at you when you drop the key or should you dare to ask for your key back...and disturb her pratting with her phone......

Good value for money and excellent location

The rooms are very comfortable with good facilities. The bathroom is OK but can be improved and no porter service. So you all have to carry your luggage by yourself.

Evidently a lot of renovation has been done .Our room was in excellent condition looking very new and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful . Ask for local driver Kao , he's great .
