They had no electricity and sent us to the worst hotel I’ve been at. We stayed one night because it was so late after Budget had no cars available for our rental so we had to use Avis. We checked out of that hotel in the morning.

We didn't actually get to stay at this hotel. When we arrived after a day of driving, we were told the hotel had lost power and that their sister hotel "might" have a room for us. Thankfully they did, but the sister hotel was awful. While we can't fault the hotel for the power loss, it is frustrating that they made no attempt to contact us to inform us of the situation so we could make alternative arrangements.

The power was out, They wanted to send me to the outdated Windgate hotel which I asked to cancel my reservation. I did not not have reservation with Windgate. They are not refunding the cost to reserve the room. This will not be tolerated I have requested reconsideration. This is not over.

Didn’t get to stay at the hotel that I made reservation for because it was told that there were no electricity at the hotel I booked so they moved us to another downgraded hotel. We didn’t get fresh towels each day. The hallway smelled. I was very disappointed so when we checked out, I asked about the hotel that had lost the electricity and the receptionist said it was back on at the other hotel, where I originally had my reservation for.

The hotel had a power outage, we were sent to a sister property that wasn’t much better than a motel 6. The elevator to our floor was broken, we had to walk to the other side of the floor to find a working elevator, it was barely large enough for 4 people. The room smelled dirty. And the parking lot was busted up badly and i almost damaged the under carriage of my car parking.

It would’ve been perfect if the heating would’ve been working. It was either cold or hot. Nothing in between. you should really work on this.
