The hotel is nice & with a friendly staff. Rooms are clean & spacious. No microwave or mini fridge, but they do provide a coffee maker. $30 parking per night. Security on site. Restaurant & bar is a nice touch too. Great view of NRG stadium!

Very short staffed for check in. They dont vlean rooms every day as you have to request them to do it. But it doesnt state that anywhere. I had asked for towels around 930 945pm. Didnt get them until arou d 1030pm. The tv didnt work amd could ahear everyone in the hallway. When i asmed where i could get ice, i was told to get it from the bar or kitchen. I was only givevn 1 cup of ice. Staff was exrewmely rude at check in and even more rude when i checked out

The fact that we payed 400 bucks for this room because it was close to the rodeo. It was dirty. The rooms were tiny. Pool was filthy. Air did not work. Hot water stayed cold for the shower. We had to pay an additional 30 for parking. No free breakfast and horrible customer service. Also pictures on website were a lie. Will mot be returning.

We were in town for the livestock show so the fact it was within walking distance is why I booked it to begin with. Upon arrival we were told we would have to pay to park there, I get charging outside patrons for parking but charging $60 to a paying guest seemed ridiculous. After being at the stockshow grounds all day Saturday, we were looking forward to a hot bath and shower. Unfortunately, our room had no hot water. I told the front desk who told maintenance. After the initial check in the room and the broiler, maintenance informed me we had hot water. We did not. I told the front desk again Sunday morning about the issue with the water. When we got back Sunday evening after showing, still no hot water. Food was decent but overpriced, I would recommend eating elsewhere. If not for the location being so close to where we needed to be, I probably would not have even considered this hotel. We have to be back at the end of the week and will be booking elsewhere.

The staff was rude. The room is dated, they charged a great deal more for the room than the price that it was booked for . Overall bad experience. I would not stay here again.

First of all…I was NOT pleased to find out at check in that they charge hotel guests $30/night for PARKING which wasn’t disclosed in any of the booking info…totally UNACCEPTABLE!! The ENTIRE purpose of booking a hotel in WALKING distance to NRG is to avoid having to PAY FOR PARKING!! Next, check in took FOREVER despite having 3 front desk clerks and not many people in line!! Finally, the room was very nice, but no HOT WATER! I informed the front desk around 4pm and was told they would get it taken care of or move us to another room but when we returned after the Rodeo later in the night it still hadn’t been fixed and a different front desk clerk told me they didn’t have a maintenance crew available until the next day (which doesn’t help since we were only staying 1 night) and informed they couldn’t move us to a different room because hotel was fully booked!! I did voice my complaints when checking out and was given a decent discount which I appreciated but still doesn’t make up for having to take COLD showers and a PARKING FEE we weren’t expecting!

As long as you dont mind cold to lukewarm showers and and trying to find a parking spot, this is the place for you.I understand the rodeo is here in town but selling your parking spots and making it hard for your paying patrons to park is mind boggling to me. Then asking questions to the receptionist is difficult. She looked and acted like she hated her job and had no helpful answers. Ordered door dash. The "parking police" gave him a hard time because they were selling parking spaces to non patrons to the hotel and parking, and room in general, was very limited. Do better.

Waited in line for over thirty minutes to check in during the rodeo. Was given the keys to a room that was already occupied. Had to wait another fifteen to get into a dated dirty room. I get that it’s busy but it doesn’t seem like they prepared for it at all. Would not stay here again.

Never Again!!!

I called 3 times on the first night for maintenance to come to my room to fix my air conditioner. They never called back or came to my room. It was 82° in my room so I propped open the balcony door and listened to drunks swim in the pool all night just to be comfortable and get some air flow in my room.

Front desk staff 100%! Hot water heater 0%!

The stay was a last minute booking. The best thing about the stay was the front desk staff. They were above and beyond! Now we get to the one and only thing I wanted and that was a place to take a nice warm shower after a long day at the rodeo AND that was NOT the case. I was not rude but I did let the staff know the next morning that we had not even WARM water, much less hot. I’d give them another shot but they would need to comp me for this trip because it was not the best.
