Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property has great potential, unfortunately it fell really short with providing a comfortable stay. The house is very spacious with access to use the garage except there was no remote and you need to close the garage from the inside and exit through the house.
The flip side however, outweighed the good as follows:
The house was not cleaned well at all, there was hair and the floors were dirty especially in all bathrooms.
The linens/covers on the beds were also not clean, were stained and had a used/musty smell to them (sheets were not washed!).
Same with the bath towels, not only were these dirty but I had to request hand towels as there were no hand towels or paper towels in the bathroom or kitchen. I had to request hand soaps for all sink areas (bathroom and kitchen).
Some type of alarm, not sure if fire or house alarm went off at 7AM the first day we got there - really upsetting and unacceptable (there was no fire).
Communicated with the owner via text how dirty the floors were and she advised she would send a cleaning company that same day - which someone did stop by to drop off towels only but no cleaning was done.
The kitchen had most items needed except a blender and toaster. I've stayed in other places where even juicers were supplied for the guests. I asked if these were availabile but did not get a response.
This place has great potential except the owners do not properly clean, stock, nor make the stay comfortable or welcoming. Will not stay
