This beautiful 4 story vacation rental is very spacious and equipped with an outdoor balcony located on the second floor and a private rooftop terrace covered in artificial turf on the 4th floor with breathtaking views of the downtown city skyline. Garage Parking is available. This space includes 5 star amenities and entertainment for guest to enjoy.

Located in the heart of Midtown near Washington Avenue. This luxury penthouse is located less than 10 minutes away from the Toyota Center which is where the Houston Rockets basketball team plays their home games, BBVA stadium which where the Houston Dynamo Soccer Team host their games, and the Minute Made Park which is where the Houston Astros baseball team plays their home games. Only 5 minutes from the Houston Aquarium and 7 minutes away from the Houston Zoo and Museum District. In case of emergencies the medical center is only 9 minutes away. Perfect location to take walks and ride bikes. This penthouse is on a very quiet and peaceful street. During football season you are only a 15 minute drive from the NRG stadium and Arena. You are also located 12 minutes from two of the major shopping centers in Houston which are the Galleria and Memorial City Mall. If you are interested in food and drinks there are a numerous amount of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars within a 2 to 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride.
