You pay for a secure, self parking garage that is NOT secure. The "out" gate was open the whole time with people driving in and out. Also, we had no hot water. I called the desk who said someone would come, but the problem was never addressed or fixed. I did get an "I'm sorry " on the way out.

Room was not ready at check in and the tv did not work. They offered to move us to a different room but it was almost 9:00 at night when they offered that. So we stayed where we were but I was very disappointed.

Clean room, 10 min walk to House of Blues venue / Toyota Center. Easy check in and out. We were able to check in early @2. Hotel did not mention extra fees when booking the room. Be prepared put down a $100 deposit and to pay $30 to park in the hotel garage. They deducted the parking from the deposit and still waiting to get the refund of the $70 back onto the credit card. If checking out a show @ HoB, prepare to pay min $14 drink.
