This hotel is seriously neglected and rooms in poor shape. As soon as I entered my room, a distinct moldy smell was evident. The bathroom was in very bad conditions, tub full of "patches" around, not properly sealed to the wall, the shower head was stuck almost behind the wall so pretty much impossible to adjust and the drain was almost fully clogged, quite disgusting. There is no way on earth I would pay ~$270 a night for a room that was probably not worth more than $100 or even less. The only thing that is worth mentioning is that is quite conveniently located close to the Convention Center, just a few minutes walking to it .... but ... there was heavy construction going on and the streets were a muddy mess. This place needs serious renovations instead of badly executed "patching".

3 of 4 room keys did not function. Room smelled moldy. I was insulted and pushed by a couple of young men while getting into elevator on third floor. I left after one night and wrote off the expense of the room as a loss. Checked into another hotel for a much better experience. This place is a dive.

The room smelled like sewage, and also saw that the bathrooms that were outside the room were closed, asked to be moved to a different area.And they said they were sold out. They didn't even seem to want to come, check it out to see if it was something bad or not

Staff was very nice and accommodating, room was clean enough (not great), and breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were unusable.. pool was hot tub temperature, hot tub was cold. This was a huge disappointment for my daughter.

Cet hôtel est une catastrophe, chambre avec rideau de la peinture, les rénovations dans les chambre sont bâclés, tout est fait a la moitié. on a l'impression d'etre sur un chantier. La piscine est non praticable , il y a tellement d'humidité a l piscine qu'on ne voit rien devant soit. Déjeuner très très ordinaire.

Door locks have a PIN code that would be easy for any guest to figure out. Door is damaged and would be easy to force open. Rooms are not secure at all

Lobby smelled like a dirty bathroom. The hallway to our room reeked of mold. The building is surrounded by ongoing construction which wasn’t disclosed. The elevators kept malfunctioning. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable but overall, I would not stay here again.
