Rosa checked me in and out and she was super inviting and friendly now I’m not one of those people who typically asked for much of anything so I can’t say she went above and beyond, but I believe she would have if I needed to it rained so I didn’t go in the pool so I can’t speak much on it didn’t go in the gym, but the room is nice just far enough out of the city but definitely rent a car if you plan on being downtown

Great value for money. It’s an affordable place at a relatively good location. Within that context, it’s very functional. Beds are comfortable, it’s quiet around, very agile check-in/out, I did see people using the pool. Be chilled with details; aircon is old-school massive unit on the floor, fridge in the room doesn’t work, no breakfast other than Denny’s within walking distance, nearly all dumbbells are gone. Again, considering the price and location, I’m satisfied about what I got and I believe it was a good choice.

We checked in and went to our room. It was musty, warm and in our opinion unclean. The carpets are old, the room smelled, the hallways and carpets are old and gross, the front desk clerk was difficult to understand and wearing sunglasses. There were guests outside drinking beer. We walked in the room and left - never stayed. Never will be go back.

First room the ac was broken. Second room there was a dead roach and a pubic hair in the tub. Popcorn ceiling was coming down in the shower, piece of trash in the side of the chair. Place looks vacant from the outside and there’s a reason. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The rear gate was closed to the side street. The hotel is set up to serve food, but there was no breakfast served in the morning. No coffee or water served anywhere. The snack area hardly had any snacks in it. There were no microwaves in the rooms. The good things were: spacious rooms, clean rooms, water pressure was greeat and had hit water. So thank you for that.

This property used to be the courtyard Marriott. Be advised that it is no longer that level of hotel. My first two nights were OK because of the price. The room was fairly clean and despite the loud air conditioner I like the location of room. However the air conditioner would turn on and off during the night leaving the room muggy and weird smelling The hallways were muggy and smelled of humidity. I asked to be moved to the top floor because usually that mitigates humidity in this type of climate. Again the new room had air-conditioning problems. The air conditioner was even louder. There was a roach in the bathroom. There was a ring around the bathtub. The shower didn't work properly and so the tub filled up while you were trying to shower. I pulled back the curtains from the window and found filthy floorboards and someone's underwear. Needless to say I didn't touch it Move on you can't win here. The daytime front desk lady is pretty friendly but again they don't want any complaints or have to offer any service. I won't stay again.
