Please clean out the grill if you used it. Our cleaner charges an additional $50 if she has to clean it.

Please turn the AC up to 76 in the summer; turn the heat to 68 in the winter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

**NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the home. Smells or signs of smoking will incur a $1000 fee.

Quiet Hours from 10pm - 7am to respect the neighbors! ALL gatherings need to be done by 9PM. Noise complaints/Police called out - up to a $1000 fine!

Pool - NO Lifeguard on duty, swim at own risk! NO GLASS in pool area Clean the grill when done using it or will be charged a $50 fee
