Did not get a chance to stay here, less than 24 hours from arriving in the middle of the night I receive a text from the host named Starr. Seeing some kind of crap that there was some kind of maintenance emergency and I can cancel for a full refund. I continued to try to communicate regarding if it was a minor issue that we could work around or something major she refused to communicate altogether and then when I eventually tried to cancel the site said I’m not eligible for a refund instead I had to spend half hour of my time less than 15 hours before my flight to get a refund let alone book another place. I would not even attempt to stay here for fear you would go through the same thing I did. Her customer service skills suck. I was even given her phone number by VRBO, and she refused to answer the phone call or text.
