I would rate at 3.5 if that was an option, but I did not round up. Our stay overall was fine, without any major issues. Our main complaint would be cleanliness of the home and lack of basic needs. We noticed what looked to be spit stains on the sink faucet in the master when checking in, and also noticed what appeared to be urine stains on the base boards and base of toilet in the guest bathroom. That was pretty gross and off putting, although bed linens and things seemed to be clean. Some basic items were missing.. i.e. top sheets for twin beds and wash rags. There were zero wash rags in the home and there weren't even enough towels for 8 people (the amount of guests this home is listed for). We had 7 people (2 children) and there were only 5 towels, so we had to share amongst us. The kitchen has basic needs, but that is it. Only one roll of paper towels and a couple trash bags. If you stay here long, you will definitely need to make some store runs. My other minor complaint would be the twin bed "bedroom" is actually an office and the doors are glass/see through. So there is no privacy in there for changing or while you sleep and you are practically in the living room. I feel that should be listed in the rooms description. Overall the stay was not bad, but I would compare it to staying at a best western or something similar. Not awful, not great! We likely would not stay again.
