This well maintained house is located on an enclosed plot in a quiet residential street just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The garden is beautifully arranged with a main terrace and small side terraces. Garden furniture, parasols and an outdoor grill are available. There is a parking space on the property. On the ground floor you’ll find the living room with sofa and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room, 2 bedrooms with twin beds each, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is another spacious bedroom with king size bed and sofa area. Additionally there is a very small room with extra bed 0.90m, a shower room and toilet. The distance to the sea is 300 m, the distance to shops and restaurants is about 150-200m.

Belle maison à deux pas de la plage

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines début juillet 2016 dans cette belle maison qui est spacieuse et très confortable. La maison est soignée et tout fonctionne ! La maison est décorée avec goût et la cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a une jolie terrasse pour manger, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude (très pratique après la plage avec les enfants !) ainsi qu'un petit jardin.Le quartier est très tranquille et la plage n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires qui habitent juste à côté sont charmants et vous conseillent volontiers pour les lieux à visiter. Dans le village de Hourtin Plage il y a plusieurs restaurants, un petit Casino, un marchand de fruits et légumes ainsi qu'une boulangerie. Il y a aussi une location de vélos ce qui est pratique. Pour les plus grands magasins et le marché il faut se rendre à Hourtin ville qui est à 15 minutes en voiture. Si vous voulez vous baigner au lac de Hourtin la première plage n'est qu'à 10 minutes en voiture (Carcan plage à 30 minutes est magnifique). Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour. Je conseille cette location pour des familles avec enfants, la plage est magnifique et toute proche.
