The just was very responsive but the plumbing backed up and nobody could come to fix it. Kitchen sink backed up into bathroom sink. It was extremely unsanitary. The host did the best she could i suppose. We had to leave a day early because it couldn’t be fixed.

Long overdue reunion with my little brother that lives in Belgium!

We arrived at night. Pulled up to fountains lit up with dark blue lights and the Gate! Had me feeling kinda fancy. Then you pull up to the building which appears a bit plain. As it's just a square white building on the outside. When you enter through the side door. (Where the carts and stairs are) It's seems Iike your typical condo stairway. Then, once you go through the next door to the elevators. That's when you get your first real taste of Beacon Manor. Everything is spotless and I'm not sure what scent was, but I really enjoyed it. The floors were so clean they looked wet. Then we made our way up to the condo. It was just as clean and spotless. Everything was nice and well decorated. We didn't cook there, so I didn't really look to see how stocked it was. For our trip, there was anything we found ourselves needing that wasn't there. The view of the lake was a little less than I was expecting, but it was still nice. I will add that there was no TV (not a big deal for us) in the room with the two beds. The only thing I do wished was different is that there aren't ceiling fans. As a person that sleeps with fans. This was not ideal. BUT I did find an oscillating fan in one of the closets which did just fine for me. I do wish that there were two (one for each room). My favorite spot was the he pool! I loved it and the view, plus the water was perfect! I'm already thinking about possibly returning for another weekend before summer ends! I'd rate my stay a 9.5/10

Lovely, clean condo

The condo was roomy & cozy for the 4 of us. Kitchenitems were in the cabinets & drawers. Needs a washcloth or sponge, as I had to use one from the bathroom to wash out a skillet. Keurig was very helpful in the mornings! No dresser in the bedroom I shared with my mother, so if you like to unpack like I do, there was a baker's rack in one closet. I think the room with the king bed may have had drawers for use, but my daughter & her bff used that room. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash were provided in the showers, which is nice if you forget your own. Luggage carts were very helpful. Key fob didn't work for me at the gate, but I didn't really need it. Someone else was usually coming or going. It worked on the side door. Didn't make it to the pool, but it doesn't work for the game room, & no code was given so we couldn't play pool. Made do with the games in condo, but they were missing some pieces. Could only hear neighbors in the hallway, not in the condo. Overall, a wonderful place to come back & relax after a day of adventures, close to everything we wanted to do, & will definitely book here again.
