This superbly located three bedroom condominium is the perfect place to experience the sought after "LAKE HAMILTON LIFESTYLE". The view of beautiful lake Hamilton will take your breath away at sunrise and sunset. Open floor plan makes entertaining convenient. Our space has everything to make special memories with family and friends..the swim dock is just steps away.
This spacious Lake Condo has an open floor plan, with 2 full bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms and a third studio with kitchen-net and full bath downstairs which can be leased as a single ensuite. The upper two bed room unit has a laundry room and huge kitchen. There’s not a better location on the lake. The balcony is the place to be after a day on the lake and the sunsets are gorgeous!! Not to mention, we are just a five minute drive to the world famous OAKLAWN HORSE TRACK AND GAMING CASINO! Blackjack anyone?
