The Grand Hotel Swansea
I have not stepped foot in the grand since it was a night club and berni inn. Staff were very attentive, room clean was amazing.

Village Hotel Swansea
The window lock was broken and couldn't open, the toilet seat was loose, the chair has a screw came off and not balance, no fridge for storing cold drink, the facilities didn't mention the age limit so we couldn't go to the sana room as planned when we booked it.
