Bad Property Manager

There was a problem with the thermostat that made it impossible to turn on the AC. I identified the problem early in the morning and called. I was given instructions to do something I already had done. I took a video a sent it, proving the problem beyond any reasonable doubt. Yet, I had to navigate an endless texting stream telling em to try things I had already shown that I did. The property managers did this for so long that by the time the maintenance man was sent, he could not replace the thermostat until the morning we were leaving. This was an obvious stalling technique designed to make me give up. There are other ways to stay at this property that are not managed by Cozi. Don’t stay anywhere managed by Cozi. The property is Beautiful. The deck has a great view. The bed is comfy. The kitchen is well equipped.
