The hotel could do with a refurbishment of the corridors and communal areas. The carpets are dated, worn, and not that clean. The parking is limited. Good commuter hotel. Soundproofing works from the outside but not as good from room to room.

Very straightforward hotel. Happy and helpful staff. Brilliant breakfast. Probably beats Premier Inn on all counts except for firm mattress

Staff were pleseant but that's the only positive from me. I was put in an disabled access room which was not requested. The shower flooded the whole bathroom floor, saturating some clothing in water. There was such little water pressure in the sink it was almost inpossible to brush my teeth and to top it off, there was numerous marksnon the bed sheets. Hugely unimpressed with this hotel and very dissapointed.

Nice hotel, everything you need. Good size room and very good push up bed for my daughter. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Only disappointment was £10 car park fee that was unexpected, which is annoying when you have tried to find a cheap hotel on a budget.

Room spacious and comfortable. Arrived late, left early. Hard to really comment on service with so restricted interactions. Staff encountered was very smily and friendly. Chicky to have a parking charge NOT mentioned while booking or part of booking process. Not a location you would go on foot or public transport. V practical for my purpose

While the property was clean and tidy the staff friendly it was let down by the property being next to a working railway line that seemed to have maintenance going on from around 12 pm till 3 am which made sleep difficult. Also while the room was nice there were no USB points in the room which in this day and age was surprising as was having to pay for parking

Perfect stay for working nearby. There is food on site which was okay and there is a pub just next door and McDonalds down the road. The room was clean and quiet despite having the train station outside. It was only noisy when some other visitors moved in next door and i asked to move rooms but there was none available so the staff kept checking the floor to see the noise level as i did not want to cause any trouble. Room was clean and comfy, but i was excited for a bath so was disappointed to be in a disabled access room with a wet room. Shower was still decent and no issues.
