5 star experience. Booked this accommodation due to the washer and dryer facilities. Disappointed both these were no longer available. Saying that I found our a few days before do I could plan ahead. Still gave top marks as rooms spacious and very clean. Free Breakfast amazing and dinner really good. shuttle bus reliable and convenient. Couple Australia .

Nice hotel, close to the airport

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was very good. Location was perfect for our later arrival and ease to navigate. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. The only downside was when I checked in the individual who checked me and didn’t tell me much of anything. He basically handed me my room key and sent me on my way. So I didn’t know which direction to go for my room. I didn’t know what time breakfast hours were. I actually had to go back and ask him if my reservation had included breakfast. The room was pretty clean. It just needed a little bit more vacuuming and attention under the beds..

Not great value.

I don't know why you tuck the duvet under the mattress. It means the bed has to be remade. The Aircon didn't work and the walls/doors were so thin that every noise from the corridor could be heard. Staff were good, as was the breakfast.

I booked the hotel from the airport on hotels.com when I arrived an hour later, the front desk told me that my room wasn’t ready and that if I would have booked directly it would have been. Clearly punished for using 3rd party app.

I absolutely loved the location and public transportation access to and from the Gatwick airport! The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable with a coffee/tea bar iron, iron board and a hair dryer. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.
