Our accommodations were lovely, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had issues with the TV, but they were quick to respond. The only complaint was that housekeeping only came on our last day in the afternoon.

The setting was beautiful. Our unit was spotlessly clean and had beautiful views. The employees were all very friendly and we had all of our needs met. My only complaint had nothing to do with the resort. The beaches are not clean. It was heartbreaking for me to walk each morning and see the amount of trash mostly plastic on all of the surrounding beaches. Maybe the resort could offer some type of incentive. A free drink in exchange for a bag of garbage. I would come back to this place but wasn't a fan of Belize just due to the trash. It is very sad.

Great property. Very quiet and secluded. No one around. Very clean and everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. We booked a couple excursions through them that were great. Free bikes to get around. The village was just a few minutes bike ride. They also rented golf carts out to get around. Town was very eclectic. But we really enjoyed so many of the restaurants. Super casual, very interesting. Great food and people were friendly. But very rustic. No fine dining. lol . Very slow service. You need to get used to that. It’s just the way it is. But wonderful. The only thing is the resort does not have a restaurant on site so when you need food quick you have to go to the rum shack next door. But they are building one which will be awesome. All in all a great little resort to enjoy and relax. Oh the beach was cleaned every day. Beautiful warm water. I was in heaven.

Just had 5 nights at Seiri Del Mar. a really lovely oasis on the beach. Byron, Ratka and Kyle all did a great job to make us feel welcome and take care of us. Accommodation was very good with all that you need and the property was well placed and very functional. Hopkins Village was great experience with humble, friendly folks. Thanks Byron and Ratka.
