One of the most special things about Endless Summer is that there is truly somewhere for everyone to enjoy the property, the views, the sun, and the shade throughout the day.

The unique boathouse rooftop deck is one of the home’s signature features, offering unobstructed lake views, full sun during the day, and a beautiful place to gather at night with drinks after enjoying a meal at the rooftop dining table. Just below, the private dock features chaise lounges for sunbathing, direct lake access when you’re ready to cool off, and wide-open views of the lake.

The spacious wraparound deck offers another beautiful gathering space with sunshine until around 4 PM, then becomes the perfect shaded spot for appetizers, drinks, or dinner after a full day in the sun. For those looking for cooler relaxation, the Adirondack chairs and lakeside fire pit area offer shade throughout much of the day and a peaceful place to unwind in the evening.
