When we arrived at the property after 14 hours of traveling, we found everything to be unacceptable. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was no hangers in the closet, and years of toxic cleaning products (77) were left on the bathroom floor and cabinet next to the mini fridge. The unit was advertised as having a kitchenette. There is no sink or counter space. How can one cook or clean dishes with this condition. We had to eat all our meals out. They did deliver ant hangers during our week stay. VRBO will not issue a refund unless there were bedbugs. We are now leaving this he'll hole after an unpleasant "vacation". I recommend that you spend the same amount of money and stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village
