Dear Guest, Greetings from Coral Sea Resort & Casino! Thank you for taking time to post your review of your recent stay with us. I thank you for your kind words regarding my staff and assure you we strive to train and mentor our staff regularly to achieve and maintain a high level of service. Being a new resort, there are few items we need to look at and this is an on-going and daily task. The soap holders are en-route from Australia and we have purchased trundle beds for kids or extra guests in a room, also on the way. Have we been able to locate it, we would have been able to check you without a problem. Yes - we have a brand new and wonderful place here and we try to run it in a very professional way. Mistakes are made by everyone and we apologise for the inconvenience this has cause you. It is not our intent to confuse or disappoint our guests, or provide anything less then the best of personal services. We are also happy to inform you that the gateway has now open to accept all Credit Cards i.e. Visa, Amex, MasterCard, JCB, Diners etc. Our primary concern is the satisfaction of our guests and we are glad to read that you had a positive experience at Haydn's Steakhouse but we seem to have fallen short of with breakfast. We would appreciate if you could have this this as an isolated incident. Please be rest assured that breakfast will soon be available everyday at Haydn's or for room service to cope with the new 30 Hotel Suites opening this mid-August.
