Nice design

This is a very attractive hotel in a convenient location. I spent a little extra for a room with a view and it was completely worth it! From my corner room on an upper floor I could see from the harbor to the hills. My friend had a more basic room with not much view but still nice. The rooms are beautifully designed with sliding doors, automatic shades, rain shower, and nice built-ins. My only complaint is the lack of outlets by beds. The staff were helpful on several fronts. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely superb service and facilities. The room was small but it was designed so aethetically and ergonomically well that I enjoyed being in the space very much. The staff are so helpful and kind. Their gentleness takes the "edge" off being in Hong Kong.

Very nice room for solo traveler. Clean/ Japanese style room. I don't think I would've liked it as much if I had to share the space with someone else as there was really only enough room for one suitcase (when opened up). The gym has a nice view. I forget the name of the girls who work the first floor elevators but they were really pleasant and nice. I was greeted with a smile whenever I came down the elevator and came back to the hotel. If I travel alone again, I'd def come back and stay here.

Nice hotel. Disappointment at being told rooftop bar was open until 12:00 but then found last order were 11:00, we showed up at 11:03! We only had one night but overall was fine. Wanchai didn’t open until after 11:00

Nice place for a short trip! We cozy Japanese style hotel. However, not much physical space for luggage / storage if you are there for a long stay. Very good location

I was surprised to be told that the hotel is only 3 years old! The conditions looks like it is already over 10 years old! Materials used are cheap and poor quality, including the towels! The air is full of linen dust when using the towels. The futon/mattress at tatami room is already uneven and uncomfortable. No refill of tea. When I raised these comments - one of the staff is indifference and quiet - doesn’t care at all - which was rude.
