Wonderful hotel with outstanding service

This hotel is in a wonderful location and the service is excellent. We had some issues with our rented vehicle. We tried to contact the agency. We don't speak French. Raphael at the desk called for us several times. He went above all expectations to help us. He patiently made several calls and our issue was eventually resolved. The rooms here are very nice. The breakfast was outstanding and beautifully served.

Best hotel in Honfleur. Staff was incredibly attentive, ready to help with dinner bookings etc. They have a private parking area nearby which is convenient since parking is tight in town. Great stay. Victor was a fantastic help with checking in, meeting us at our car to grab our bags and directing us to their private parking. He also secured a dinner reservation at a great restaurant next door. One of the best dinners we had on our French vacation.
