There was no lift or restaurant although they did serve a very good breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful in recommending some good value/quality restaurants within walking distance. We were a family party of 8 and were allocated the separate dining room for breakfast for our stay. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

A Remarkable Hotel

This was our third stay at the Hotel L'Ecrin. The Hotel is remarkable and our stay is always a highlight of our French holiday. I strongly recommend it.

Very convenient location within easy walking distance of restaurants and old harbour. Generous and varied buffet breakfast. Only downside for people of mature years - steep staircase to top floor bedrooms. Would definitely stay at L'Ecrin again but would request a room on a lower floor!

Our go to Hotel

This is our go to hotel in Honflour, always welcoming very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities including private swimming pool, and off road parking. A breakfast fit for a king. And within easy walking distance of all the towns attractions.

The sauna was not available- you needed to book it in advance- pretty impracticable- the spa was an extra€100 - didn’t see that when I booked the hotel. Would have been useful to have known there was a fridge in the room so we could have planned our stay better!
