Great getaway!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Meet the owner, Ollie??, as we were packing our things. Had a great conversation about the place/area. It's super quiet and beautiful property. Our dog Lulu made friends with wild tamed hogs. Everything was provided on the property. I think next time we'll bring a smaller boat because we ran the ground a few times. Oops. Overall, we had a great time! Thank you!

Peaceful Homosassa property on a private Island

We were looking for a property for our fishing and scalloping trip away from the crowds, noise, and hustle/bustle of downtown Homosassa. This Island property which is only accessible by boat checked all the boxes. From the start the property owners were easy to work with and even had private parking for our vehicles and trailer. The VRBO property was located down river and past the Homosassa No wake zone, which made getting out to the Gulf of Mexico a breeze. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The house contained 2 bedrooms, a day bed in the living room, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and barbecue grill. Getting back after a long day on the water the cold AC felt great and the home was relaxing. The overall property was comfortable and had the feel of a hunting lodge or cabin. We had a private floating dock for our boat and got to experience/interact with wild boars which roam the island freely. We would definitely stay again for a fishing or scalloping trip.

A True Island Getaway

Amazing property with vast marsh views off of the Little Homosassa. During your stay you feel on island time and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. 10/10 would recommend to future guests.
