Great New Year break!
Lovely stay for New Year, friendly locals, great Nook beer and drinks selection, though could be cheaper. Above all the staff are a credit to this place, absolutely superb. Half hour walk downhill into Holmefirth and £6.50 in a cab back up the hill if you don’t fancy the Walk. Above the kitchen so Radio could be heard, not an issue for us but may be for light , early sleepers in Holme Moss. Could have done with the room being service during 4 nights but not a deal breaker and any requests were met with smiles and efficiency Would definately stay again

Lovely rural retreat.
The room was lovely, the food was lovely, the hospitality was friendly & welcoming. Perfect location & only 5 minutes drive Holmfirth town centre. Certainly stay there again.?
