It was as it was shown in the pictures. It was comfortable and we had a good stay. There is no reason not to stay with this company again. The communication could have been better. We asked about how to use the TV. He never showed us or explained how Roku worked. There were no instructions either. That was frustrating. We were told we could walk to the beaches, but we were not told about the no bathrooms. I don’t fault him for not mentioning it, but would have been nice to know that ahead of time. He supplies you with chairs, umbrellas, wagons and plenty of beach towels. He does not supply you with coffee pods for the Keurig machine. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The stairs are tough for older folks, but manageable. The railings were stable enough, but could have been tighten down more. I have never dealt with these kinds of railings before. Maybe they have to be tighten down occasionally. They were wobbly in some parts. It a very nice and bright place to stay. The curtains did not cover the whole window in one bedroom. We also would not have minded more curtains and blinds on the windows. They are in the process of selling the place so understand they don’t want a lot of extra stuff laying around. Also putting a lot of money into window treatments as the seller does not make sense. We understood that. It was a good place to stay on the island and the pricing was good too. People ask golf cart or not. You don’t really need one plenty of parking on the island.
