Seabreeze Cottage is situated on a quiet road with access to the beach, via a leafy lane, just 200 feet away.
The property, which is accessed via a set of exterior steps, is very well furnished and equipped offering everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday.
There are 2 bedrooms as follows:
Bed 1 (with en-suite bathroom) with King bed
Bed 2 with twin beds (the beds can be joined to make a King bed if preferred)
If you would like the twin beds joined to make a King bed, this must be requested at the time of booking.
The family bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and WC.
The sitting room has a comfortable sofa-bed which can sleep up to 2 people (if you would like to use the sofa-bed, you will need to request bedding at the time of booking).
As the property is built up on stilts it benefits from a lovely raised wooden deck area which is reasonably private thanks to the palms trees and shrubs surrounding it. There is off street parking for 1 car (maybe 2 depending on size).
Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within easy walking distance and the free trolley bus stop is just a few minutes walk away which enables you to venture further afield on the island without having to use your car.
VRC16-000190 - Local City ordinance regulations require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Seabreeze Cottage is situated in a residential area therefore, to ensure the neighbours are not deprived of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property, we ask you to be a considerate by keeping noise to a respectful level at all times.
