Located in a prime spot on the west coast of Anna Maria Island, you'll be near the center of Holmes Beach providing you with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away! The island also has a free trolley that goes up and down the island if you want to explore. There is also a provided parking spot for 1 vehicle so nothing is out of reach!

Whether you're cooling off with a dip in the shared heated pool, lounging at the beach with a refreshing beverage, or surfing the free WiFi to plan upcoming activities, you'll be comfortable every moment of your stay. Great stay over the winter

Jan -March. Great people, great island, 60’s condo, well maintained inside and out. Every day met the rest of the owners/renters at the heated pool. Very friendly group. Things break. You can’t avoid that. Manager was very responsive and repairs were quick. Several restaurants within walking distance. Many restaurants on the island. Anna Maria Community Center is 5 minutes away and has a great gym, classes and tennis courts.
