The cabins are fantastic and the private yard with the fire pit is a great bonus. My one recommendation for Casa De Fruta would be to offer a firewood purchase option that can be added to the cost of the cabin and there waiting for you. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed during off season so place has very empty but it was nice and quite . We were a family of 4 including a 1 y/o and a Mother in Law that is not outdoorsy. We stayed in premium cabins, it was great they had everything; nothing fancy but clean and well kept. Location is not close to anything so we took day trips to Monterey Zoo and outlet shipping and enjoyed cabin at night in play area and eclectic fire pit. If passing through in future would stay again just wish it woudl be better location.

We LOVED this place and want to come back. We've been telling friends and family about it. Fun and relaxing for all ages! Near restaurant, gas station, and stores. So if you need anything that you forgot to bring, you don't have to go very far. And Gilroy is not that far away.

The cabins and Inn are not by the shops. You need to go to the other side of the Chevron Station where the RV park is located. Also let them know if you are going to be arriving after hours. It was short, but a lovely nights sleep.

The units are basically tiny houses on the edge of an rv park. Kitchen, eating area, bedroom, loft upstairs had very low ceiling but fine for kids and two bunk beds. I think the couch even folded out. Back decks overlooked a small river and the frog and bird serenade was lovely.

Casa de Fruta Inn a hit or a miss? I don’t know. The location is unique, the surroundings are amazing, a nearby in walkable distance… gas station, restaurant, fruit and vegetables shop stand, the ice cream shop, the small park, the train ride, casa de wine, RV park and the Cabins are all great conveniences and services. Nevertheless, the inn room was overall good but the biggest thing was the main door lock was not working, there were no complementary breakfast, the lobby services hours are limited, parking spots could be more clearly marked, their pool is NOT open year round.

There was no hot water and when letting management know they told us we could use the showers that campers use! That was terrible! I paid to have a shower in my room not a camper shower! They should refund me or give me another stay! Something to make up for that.
