There were stains on the shower floor. They wouldn’t come off. We were happy to be away from the elevators because we really needed some good rest and figured it would be nice and quiet. It was quiet until we were woken up by a dog barking its head off. Then it began to howl. This went on for over an hour. I did let the front desk know, but by then we were up. The woman at the desk was kind and apologized. She immediately called another staff member about the situation. Besides the dog, everything was really nice. Breakfast was great both days.

Such a nice place to stay. The young lady with blonde hair was sooo sweet to us and even went to light the firestarter even though she was afraid (my girlfriend ended up helping her). Even though we requested so much, the service was amazing. It was quiet inside and out, and super clean. Definitely wanna go back!

The hotel was new it opened in October of 2024. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Across the street was city hall, fire department, and the sheriff office so needless to say we felt safe. Their were plenty of restaurants and stores near by and downtown Holland/ Hope university was only about a 7 minute drive. I would definitely stay again I travel alot with my family and this hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in over the past few years.

The staff was really nice and helpful especially when my husband and I didn’t know how to open our baby’s pack and play. We called the front desk to ask for help and within minutes we had multiple people come to our aid. The room was clean overall but the bathroom could have been cleaned more throughly. Lots of fast food options nearby as well as a Walmart, which came in handy when we forgot a few essentials. In terms of attractions- The Dutch Village was close by- less than 5 minutes by car and we had so much fun there. Downtown Holland was about a 10 minute drive by car, which wasn’t too bad. The facilities onsite were great as well. Great hotel!

Very clean, of course the building is very new so that helps. The rooms were very nice and the common areas are enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and they even have a fire pit and grills outside if you want to do that. Would stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was so friendly and accommodating for our family including our little pup, pool and hot tub were a hit when we weren't at the lake and the breakfast was a nice touch as well. We will definitely stay here again!

met a nice, polite, helpful young man, cory, at the front desk. he was there all. the. time. and lucky for us that he was. he is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. cory is a great asset to your hotel and guests. bed too soft, room was good. shower floor slippery, had to put a towel on the shower floor so i wouldn't fall. cory RULES!!
