Front Desk staff were excellent and most helpful in accommodating our needs. The room had not been vacuumed and had peanut shells or crackers on the carpet. All else was in good order.

Great stay! I was in town for a wedding, and this was very close to the venue. I screwed up my reservation, and the front desk staff were absolutely incredible! They were able to fix my error and get me checked in early so I had somewhere to get ready and drop my bags before the wedding. My room was very clean and comfortable. I saw housekeeping multiple times and they were super friendly as well. Thank you so much for your help!

Nice stay in a great location

The hotel is newer and nice. It was on the expensive side. So it would have been nice to have gotten bottles of water in the room at least. Its a clean hotel, not elegant but more than sufficient.

The hotel is clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and there was nice seating and place for suitcase. Two complementary bottles of water were provided in the refrigerator. Staff was helpful about info re. Tuliptime. The only negative was that the parking is very small but they provide optional other lots to use.

Hotel is right off the downtown. Super convenient. Lots of shops and food options within walking distance. I received numerous notifications about the impact of the tulip festival. Lots of good information and glad they did give us instructions to avoid the crowds! Super friendly staff.
