The hotel is dated and the rooms could use new carpeting and new locks on the doors. It took multiple attempts to get into the room. I didn’t feel safe having a door that led to the back parking lot in my room with a lock that was falling off the hinges. It wasn’t bad for a one night stay but I wouldn’t go back. The lobby area was nice.

Don’t be fooled by the photos advertised.

The bed was comfortable, most importantly. The room itself had some disrepair. We didn’t have washcloths, coffe cups, Kleenex or a hair dryer. The breakfast was cold and nothing was stocked as far as folks, cups ect. We had to ask for them. There were many people at the hotel. The hotel should be fully prepared based on reservations and check in people. The employees looked disheveled and were not professionally dressed and it seemed the office housed a large dog 24/7 . I found odd.

Certainly location is good The building requires some outside service to compete locally with lots newer hotels in the surrounding area. The breakfast lacks diversity in choices and the first day they ran out of sauage and gravey and the waffle machine needed some serious attention to detail. Sorry to say I will pass staying there if traveling to Holland anytime soon.

This hotel was nice for the location and for the night but I did have some a few issues. When I showered the steam set off the fire alarm with my room. The toliet ran all night and in the morning wouldn’t flush. The bathtub was also very dirty. The room itself was fine, and it was okay for the night but not sure if I will be returning

Property is clean and well kept. Pool was cold and a little cloudy, but the hot tub was great. The rooms are a little dated and not completely clean, there was mold in the grout in the bathroom and its obvious it's never been edged by the amount of dust around the perimeter of the room. There was dust on the top of the headboard, the lamps and light bulbs. I ran a cleaning company for many years and I'm just picky. Having no smart tv or jacks to plug in your phone, just regular plugs. The rooms with jacuzzi tubs, the tubs don't work. The staff is awesome. Very kind and polite. Not a bad room, just needs a little TLC. The breakfast is out of this world.
