We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Our family of four had a great stay enjoying the clean, well appointed rooms. The food was amazing with great quality and choice at both dinner and breakfast. Our kids used the pool while we enjoyed the gym. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, adding great value to the stay. The breakfast was exceptionally fresh and, in my opinion, among the best in Gurugram in terms of taste and quality. The staff, particularly at the breakfast area, are incredibly professional and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast there. The only thing that needs improvement is the room amenities. The fridge wasn’t working, and the weighing machine was changed thrice but still wasn’t functional. Otherwise, it was a comfortable place to stay.

The property is nice. The gym and pool facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is fresh and tasty. However, the location is not ideal, as it is often very difficult to get a cab from there. The housekeeping staff is prompt and responsive, but the reception staff is not very helpful and almost always declines any special requests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though there were a few shortcomings.
