Room was clean but pretty basic. No elevators so have carry your own baggage up the staircase. No real view from room. Accommodation spread across 3 buildings 2 of which was older.

Room was clean and shower was fantastic, but we only had 1 teaspoon, no other utensils, no plates, no tea towel. Even though it was a basic room we felt we should have been provided with something to at least wash and dry our cups with.

The staff was good, but I was disappointed in the room as I paid for a king suite originally and got the king standard. Unfortunately this was an Expedia problem most likely, not the hotel…disappointing none the less.

The shower you had to step into a deep tub which was very slippery then step out to a slippery wet bathroom floor because the shower door didn't stop all the water coming out. Would have been gd to have smart tv for netflix or casting. Also the neighboring doors would slam shut, which was very annoying when we were trying to relax and enjoy the beach veiw. It would have been nice to be told by one of your staff members when we checked in, that we could park our car around the back where our room was, instead of guessing and seeing the other quests park by their rooms

The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Also soft pillows and no extras in the room. Also we stayed 2 nights but our room was not serviced. That said it is in a good location in the central town and staff were friendly.

My wife and I stayed in a Sea View room January 2026. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The view of the sea was brilliant. Easy to find with ample parking. Staff were all very helpful.
