A disappointment
A disappointing stay - when we arrived there was no one available for about 15/30 minutes after having to shout to attract someone's attention then it seemed that there were not expecting us - location of cottage further away than expected description said it was an annex, which normally means attached to the hotel. Explanation of location of cottage not good, took over 2 hours to find it and then we had to go back to the hotel and ask someone to take us. Cottage was warm, and clean towels and very large although no welcome pack in cottage which would have been nice after a long journey and so we could not have a drink on arrival and due to location no shops or facilities available to buy anything so had to wait until breakfast before we could get a drink, as flew in from the UK so unable to bring anything with us. Such a shame as the views were beautiful. Sadly would not stay here again.
