Der erste Eindruck bei Ankunft war der, dass keine Endreinigung stattgefunden hat. Verschiedene Dinge waren defekt, z. B. der Toaster (Schalter blieb nicht unten, man musste festhalten, bis der Toastvorgang beendet war), am Kleiderschrank war das Mittelteil mit Spiegel ausgehangen und an den Schrank gelehnt. Das Fenster im oberen Bad war völlig verschmutzt, Haken für Handtücher (4 Personen) waren nicht vorhanden. Hinter der Waschmaschine lagen diverse Dinge vom Vormieter (?), Shampoo, Zahnbürste, Taschentücher. Die Matratzenschoner waren offensichtlich nicht gewechselt worden, unter dem Doppelbett war am Kopfende eine dicke Staubschicht und es lagen ebenfalls benutzte Taschentücher darunter. Beim Wegrücken eines Nachtschränkchens kamen 2 Minisalamis zum Vorschein. Außerdem war der Restmüllkübel lange nicht geleert worden, der Kübel stank und war voller Maden. Es fehlten Informationen über die Müllabfuhrtermine, wir hätten sonst die Tonne rausstellen können. Ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, wenigstens 1 mal in der Woche wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Naja okay für sehr kurze Aufenthalte

Kommunikation war einwandfrei mit den Eigentümern. Sauberkeit war leider 0 zufriedenstellend. Bett und Sofa leider sehr unbequem, sollte evtl. Erneuert werden. Sonst Bäder waren okay Aussenbereich sollte mehr gepflegt werden

Einschätzung Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Zur Ostsee (Wohlenberger Wiek) sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort aus kann man wunderbar wandern, teilweise mit Blick zur See. Uns haben im Besonderen die Nähe zu Wismar, der Insel Poel und den Ferienorten Boltenhagen und Travemünde gefallen. Die Wohnung selber ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kritik gibt es wegen der schon seit langem nicht mehr geputzten Fenster, der Rasen hätte auch gemäht werden können. Wir waren 2 Wochen im Haus.
