We were overcharged for our room, and it took over 45 minutes to get into due to the front desk overcharging us and arguing that we were not gonna be charged, when we were in fact charged and asked to use different cards for billing due to their mess ups. They double booked our room and gave working keys to the people standing behind us in line, to OUR ROOM when they had just given us our keys to THE SAME ROOM 30 minutes after we got into that room. We asked for a blanket and sheets for the pullout, only to be told they have no blankets or pillows, so we slept with sheets only. We asked for 2 more towels due to there only being 2 in the room, and us having 4 guests in that room, only to be told NO, only 2 towels per room. We travel quite often, and have NEVER been so I happy about customer service.

The pull out couch beds were so dirty that we couldn't allow our kids to sleep on them. There were what looked like bloodstains on one mattress and there was a condom wrapper and an unopened tuna packet under the other. I'd called before I booked to ask if the pool was working. They said yes and failed to mention the heating pump hasn't been working for 2 months. It's open but not a heated pool as advertised. There were comfortable pillows on the comfortable regular beds and the breakfast was good. But we won't be staying here again.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The safe in the room didn't work and I asked if maintenance could look at it but never heard and its never worked.

DON’T STAY HERE

Horrible experience m, smoke alarm was beeping when we got to the room, was told to just unplug it for the night, sheets were dirty, pieces of hair all over both queen size bedsheets underneath inside all over, the pull out couch mattress was filthy full of stains. there were no sheets on it Bathroom was disgusting and had a horrible smell coming from the drain when you ran the water, half of the lamps did not work. None of the USB plugs for cell phone charging worked. There were roaches crawling up the wall and door.

Check in was nice. Pillows size of couch pillows. Pool was ground filthy. Kids could not swim. No life preserver present. No towels. There was actual hair toilet paper and trash floating in pool. Do not stay here if you want to swim. We asked gir extra pillows and they said no. Not accommodating at all.
