Travelled with a 12yo and an 80yo and can't flaw this property. Perfect for families with enormous, spacious and well-equipped apartments. We made use of all the facilities - the fantastic buffet breakfast, the games rooms and gaming room, the pool, the very well-equipped gym and the free hotel shuttle. Most of the sights are within easy walking distance and the hotel is in a great location - with a massive grocery store on the corner and a heap of restaurants within 2 blocks - I mean a HEAP!!!! Our room had double-glazed windows and doors so was super quiet, although we enjoyed having the bacony doors open to enjoy the ambience of a busy Asian city. Room service mirrors the dine-in menu and you can order food and drinks to the pool. We had an issue with my elderly mother jumping on the free shuttle (while we walked) and being taken to the wrong location and left alone, but the staff and driver responded so quickly to ensure she was safe and returned to the hotel - and they even brought us a chilled fruit platter to apologise for the oversight. It was stressful for us but incredibly well-managed by the hotel. Honestly, this hotel is THE BEST for families. Could not recommend more.

This hotel is a great home base to explore the city. The area around the hotel felt safe and has great landmarks, parks, restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance. The staff provided impeccable service. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed to feel at home and relax after a busy day in the city. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was a real plus.

It was our 2nd stay at Sherwood Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It is very spacious. We are a family of 4 with teenagers. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Location is great. The washer and dryer is a bonus too

We had an amazing experience with Sherwood during our visit for a wedding at the Mai House Hotel across the street. The service and accommodation were worthy of a 4-star hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, and we had a 3-bedroom Premier Unit that was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was handy and of course the washer and dryer was much appreciated. You just need to bring your own soap. There is supermarket across the street and it is central to local food and attractions. We readily and easily used GRAB for transport and food delivery. Highly recommend Sherwood Residence and will be back.

We loved Sherwood Residence for its pool and games area, as well as spa and steam room. The sheer size of our suite gave us all room to breathe as a family, and district 1 was definitely walkable - and right across the road was an amazing (and cheap!) coffee shop called Cafe Snug - highly recommend. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the men at the front desk, who always seemed to be talking amongst themselves - it was sometimes hard to get their attention and a couple of our requests were forgotten. This was a minor issue though - and the housekeeping and door staff were just lovely. We would definitely stay again.

This is my second time coming back to Sherwood Residence for my Christmas vacation. The 3 bedrooms suite is exceptional clean. It has laundry room washer and dryer room. The kitchen has a rice cooker, microwave, cookwares, utensils and a big fridge. The bathroom has a bathtub. Short distance to famous Pho Pasteur (about 8 mins walk) and downtown (about 15 mins walk). Everything were perfect. Will definitely coming back again.
