A luxury hotel where everything was perfect, including the great 37th floor infinity pool. Great buffet breakfast (6am-10am daily) with a free afternoon tea from 2-5pm. Strong Wi Fi in both our room and common areas. Staff were great. Beach a one minute walk across the road.

The apartment was I dire need of refurbishment, wall paper coming off the walls, looks like it’s been used and abused. The host was brilliant and the facility’s in the building were good. Location is brilliant. Would stay again once the place is smartened up

Their website said 50% off round airport shuttle. We got just under 50% off arrival, but they wouldn’t give it to us on departure. It was cheaper to catch a grab. The room was nothing like the photos and when I asked for an upgrade, I got no reply. The area was close to most things so we walked, that was good. You have to sign in to use the swimming pool, which we did not know about. Few things missing from the room ( tea towel, broom and forks)

Kept texting when would I arrive but after arriving, didn’t show up for 10 min. Rushed took me to the room and quickly left without giving any instructions. There are multiple elevators to go down and doors to exit but not all let you back in and that info wasn’t provided. Said the washer was also a dryer, but it was only a washer. No hand towels except for two bath towels for four days. Mold on shower doors. Reported but they didn’t respond. Kept texting me and calling when I was out on a tour and tried to check me out a day early. Came to the room and took the power access card when I wasn’t in the room. Very unprofessional and sneaky behavior throughout. Tried to offer booking outside Expedia. There are a lot more nice places around, so avoid this unprofessional place.
