Quite comfortable and clean apartment. We waited out our transfers between flights, and easily walked from the airport to the apartment and back. We also met the sunrise on the roof where the pool is located and it was wonderful. Thanks!

The Phuong itself is a great property, but bedding and fittings within he listing are great as well! It was a comfortable stay with flexibility offered when checking in and out subject to availability as well.

We were in Luxury Landmark Plus, not Landmark 81. Completely different pictures of what we had booked ! Arrived late in evening and nobody came to meet us as promised in the booking details. The state of the bathroom - no shower curtain over the bath, took 2 days to get one! bad communication. No housekeeping and fresh towels except twice in the few weeks we were there! We had to buy some !! Mold on the ceiling in the bedroom by the vent. Washing/drying machine did not work had to take a taxi to get our clothes washed (One of the reasons we rented the apt) black dirt around the bath, rusted out brooken waste basket, fan in bathroom didn't work. The TV had fluttering video and was unwatchable after about 15 minutes. Overall a SUBPAR experience. We brought it to the attention of the person who we never met just on Whatsapp and he/she never responded. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!!

Non of the pictures match with what was provided for us. We were given a completely different apartment. Toilet door was broken and could not lock it. Toilet was attached with sitting room and because couldn’t lock, had difficulties. Property says VIP property but doesn’t come anything close and no VIP service also.

Kitchen Cabinet doors were broken. The washer didn’t work. Bathroom has alot of mold. Very dirty and I had to request another room which was a bit better but I ended up return it 2 days earlier. Just not as rated! Very disappointed and will never book here again!

I had a group of 4, we all had our own apartments. The price was reasonable around 1500.00 for 4 apartments for a week (we arrived later in the week due to our visas being delayed. If you plan to travel to Vietnam please get you visa two weeks prior to your flight date. They process nothing on the weekend. We rented the following apartments. 4010 (beautiful views, wonderful a/c, washer provided, leaky toilet, black mold in shower, around the sink in bathroom, small ants in kitchen, apartment not cleaned thoroughly prior to check in) 2407 (good a/c, washer black mold in bathroom, not cleaned thoroughly prior to check in) 803 & 805 (good a/c, washer, black mold in shower and around sink, bathroom mirrors dirty). The building is a beautiful building, it is safe, and malls, eateries, and playgrounds if you have children. I would recommend this area, but not the host of the apartments. The communication with the host was awful, I recommend replacing the company with someone more efficient, who communicates. When we arrived she took us to an apartment that was already occupied by another guest. We were unable to enjoy the pool and the gym because you need fingerprints. The host scheduled us for fingerprints 0900 and never showed up, and did not respond to messages. Again, the Apartments are nice and the area is beautiful.
